Providing simple solutions for buyers, sellers, and homeowners
There can only ever truly be one Property Pro, and that's me, Kyle! The rest of the "team" is my family (yes, I am shamelessly using my family as a marketing tool).

Kyle Warfield - “THE Property Pro”
Relevant Experience: After retiring from the Marine Corps in 2011, I graduated from Stevenson University with a Business Management degree, met and married my bride Becky, had three kids (Jack, Penny and Monty), worked as a remodeler (since 2012) and then as a home inspector (since 2017) while continuing to remodel. I’m also left-handed, which is superior.
Hobbies & Lifestyle: I love being involved at my church (Mosaic Christian Church in Elkridge if you’re interested). Much of this is serving in kids ministry or ministering Dads of young boys, but I’ve also managed to work in my handyman skills here as well. As a church small group, I’ve hosted classes to teach folks how to do around-the-house projects like drywall installation, plumbing and electric repair, flooring, and more. My favorite thing in the whole world is spending Sunday afternoons with a few other families watching NFL football, eating, and drinking.
Favorite Tool: My pencil pull by a mile (a pencil holder with a clip on a string). I now work 25% more efficiently now that I don’t have to look for my pencil anymore.
Becky - “Mrs. Property Pro”
Relevant Experience: Don’t let the name fool you, Becky knows nothing about remodeling or home repairs. She is Mrs. Property Pro in name only. She is, however, an excellent cook - which fuels the Property Pro in all his endeavors.
Hobbies & Lifestyle: Becky works full-time as a kids ministry director at church, is outside as much as possible (she just recently logged her thousandth hour outside in one calender year with her kids), and reads whenever she can get a free moment - which is rare.
Favorite Tool: The Japanese Pull Saw - the fanciest sounding tool I have.

Jack (6) AKA "Questions"
Relevant Experience: As a 6 year old that doesn’t like loud noises or getting dirty, Jack isn’t exactly the most helpful member of our team. He does like getting on the roof though, and is great at bringing in tools from the truck to the workshop.
Hobbies & Lifestyle: Jack’s middle name should have been “questions”; he constantly asks how things work and what’s next. He loves jumping on the trampoline, wrestling with his Dad and siblings, making Hot Wheels tracks, and camping.
Favorite Tool: Jack loves a Ramset Mastershot; it looks exactly like a gun, which makes it super cool.
Penny (4) AKA "Princess"
Relevant Experience: 4 year old Penny also doesn’t like loud noises nor does she like to carry things, so not that useful. She is an excellent painter though - something I hope to put to good use soon.
Hobbies & Lifestyle: Penny loves to be creative (painting, coloring, dressing her Barbies), wrestling with her Dad and brothers, reading (like her Mom), and selecting her own outfits (still working on getting them to match).
Favorite Tool: Penny’s favorite tool is the level because it doesn’t make a loud noise and she can defend herself from her brothers with it as needed.
Monty (2) AKA "Bulldozer"
Relevant Experience: Our toddler Monty is the only young team member that doesn’t mind loud noises. He also loves smashing things (great for demo but not for much else) and climbing ladders.
Hobbies & Lifestyle: Monty is never truly happy unless he is wrestling, running, jumping, smashing, or hitting (we’re working on that last one). He also loves to eat (not always food) and growl.
Favorite Tool: Anything that can smash or be used as a weapon (so basically any tool). In particular, he loves a rubber mallet.

Oh yeah, there's also Mike.
